Purchase Options

Mon Lumiere offers the following purchase options:

  • One-Time Purchases: Standard orders made through our online store.
  • Subscription Purchases: Selected products may be offered on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly deliveries) at a discounted rate. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team.

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

If you wish to cancel a one-time or subscription order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at cs@monlumiere.eu.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellations before dispatch. Once the order has shipped, it may no longer be canceled but can still be returned (see below).

Right to Cancel Subscription

You may cancel a subscription at any time. If the next scheduled shipment has not yet been processed, no charge will be made.
To cancel, email us at cs@monlumiere.eu or manage your subscription directly in your customer account.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products — no questions asked. This exceeds the EU statutory right of withdrawal.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at cs@monlumiere.eu within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. We will provide a prepaid return label.
  3. Return the product in original or reasonably used condition.
  4. A full refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU customer, you are also entitled by law to a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day return policy supplements this legal right.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline cancellations or refunds in the following cases:

  • Products that are heavily used, damaged, or returned in unsellable condition
  • Products that are opened and sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., skincare) and cannot be returned under EU law once unsealed
